Membership Form

This is the membership form for individuals.

Objects of the Charity:
The promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (and in particular in Woodhouse and District).

Benefits of Membership:
All members have the right to be notified of, attend and vote at any General meeting. At Annual General Meetings, members receive the audited accounts and appoint the auditors for the next financial year, hear the Trustees Reports, accept the retirement of Trustees and vote in the Committee for the following year.

I hereby apply to become a full/associate member of the Charity, a company limited by guarantee and agree to be bound by the memorandum and articles of association and any rules made under these. I confirm that I support the charity’s aims and work. Should the Charity by wound up, I promise to pay the sum of up to £1.00 towards its debts, if asked to do so, and I understand that this liability will continue for one year after I cease to become a member of the Charity. I agree that the Charity may give out information about me to other members.

Membership is open to any individual or organisation interested in promoting the objects — applications for membership will be considered by the Charity’s Trustees. Membership is terminated if the member gives written notice of resignation, ceases to exist, is removed from the membership by resolution of the Committee or ceases to comply with the conditions of membership. Membership is not transferable.
