Lighting up Woodhouse with festive joy for more than 20 years. Each year we install festive lights around our community including lamppost motifs, school trees, lining the roads with light in trees as well as our centerpiece of the giant sycamore tree on Tannery Street. We are always looking to grow year on year with thanks to local funders and sponsors, if you would be interested in sponsoring any of our lights, please complete the form below or contact the team.

We have a number of sponsorship option: 

Main Sponsor for the Christmas Fayre and switch-on - £1000 - Company Logo will be on all marketing for the switch on. This will include the forums website and at the event itself. During the switch-on it will be announced as sponsor of the day's events.

Sponsor of the Big Tree – This comes with your logo on 3 sides of the tree which can be seen by traffic on Sheffield Road and Chapel Street. - £500. The tree will be lit for Diwali and Christmas and Sponsorship will cover both events. Company Logo will be on the Forum website.

Lamp Post Sponsor – Logo or name will be underneath the festoon on the lamp post - £100

Small Trees on Sheffield Road – There are 3 trees that are lit in front of the flats on Sheffield Road – Sponsorship can be per tree or for all 3. Logos and or name will be next to each tree or larger banner if all 3 trees are sponsored by the same company/person £150 each or £350 for all.

Stag Carpark – several mini trees are lit and sponsorship - £50 - Logo or name will be next to the lights

Sponsor a Light Bulb. There are over 2000 lights in the main tree and you can sponsor as many as you want. The names of the Light Bulb Sponsors will be on show at the Light switch on and afterwards in the library until the end of January 2027 and on the Website. £1 per lightbulb.

All Sponsorships include a sign at the location, exposure on social media, featured on our sponsors web page.

We are also working in partnership with Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity to extend the reach of their snowflake project by installing snowflakes on our community hub and they are available to sponsor on the link below.
