We provide a range of activities providing emotional and practical support to people in the area with mental health issues.
In our community garden, Wellbeing Wednesday provides a friendly atmosphere where people can enjoy the open space and take part in social and gardening activities. The Expressions through Art group is a creative art group meeting in the Community Hub.
We work in partnership with other organisations to offer one off activities. Last year we held a Forest Skills programme in Shirebrook Valley, and a number of workshops with "Space to Breathe" a local community organisation.
